OK here is how it's going to work. On this thread you'd create a jutsu that you'd like to have. the only catch is that it can't be unstoppable. it has to have some kind of weakness or draw back like amaterasu or pains jutsu they can be strong and seem unstoppable but they at least have to have one small weakness that someone could take advantage of to win.

My jutsu is the elemental wolves. What they do is that I can pick any element. Let's just say for example that I can use all of the elements I will make wolves out of that element that run and, follow you and if they bite you they explode with that element.

For example I make a fire wolf and it then it bites you. It then will explode with a huge explosion of fire. if it's lighting then it explodes with lighting got it.

You can however destroy the wolves as long as it's not with it's own element, but it has to be that elements weakness or a jutsu strong enough that's still not of the same element, but strong enough to destroy the wolves. However if the wolf is destroyed, but element that was used to make it is still around then it will simply reform.

Burning Ice Jutsu

After several hand signs and focusing my chakra at the hands, make a quick jab changing your chakra to sub freezing temperatures, which hurts like crazy.....weakness, it only works with contact of skin, if you can block it, it won't work.

weakness, u need to have 2 shadow clones, one to perform chidori n the other to perfrom the rasengan n then merge them both together without burning them out n both need incredible amounts of chakra !!

Combination Jutsu: Ice Needle Massacre
Two people have ice needles. One jumps in the air and the other runs straight toward the target. The person in the air transports behind the enemy and they two ninjas slice at once the target. And then with the opponent in the air, the two ninjas start attacking rapidly. And finally jump back and throw needes at the opponent.

Weakness: You HAVE to have two people and they both HAVE to be coordinated.

I don't know that do call it yet, but it allows you breath underwater and see in the dark, you're also able to see underwater and open your eyes without it burning at it frst

Weakness:
C-Rank-B-Rank: Has to have already made holes (no matter size) made before use of the technique.

A-Rank: Is slow.

S-Rank: Uncontrollable,needs 10 second preparation before effect.

There is one original jutsu for three of my personal fan-made characters. Not sure about names.

Wind Style: Vacuum Grid Expansion
It's a twist on Hinata's version of gentle fist rotation where the chakra is infused w/ wind chakra. After the chakra has been infused, it expands. The "grid" cuts anything it hits with powerful wind chakra. Weaknesses are that it is weak against fire style, and it requires great chakra control.

Puppetmaster genjutsu
-A rank technique
-caught in genjutsu by looking into caster's eyes
-effected target sees his own body as a puppet version of himself with chakra strings attached. usually, the target thinks they are being controlled by the strings instead of by a genjutsu. this allows the caster to control the target's body against their will. the caster can then turn the target against their allies.

Secret Ninja Art of the Phoenix
It gives the user several abilities of the mythical Phoenix.
-The users tears have healing capabilities.
-Uses phoenix song genjutsu to enhance team's abilities/ hamper enemies' abilities.
-When hit with a fatal blow, user burst into flames and turns into ashes. The ashes move away
from opponent and form back into the user with them unscathed. Very limited use.

Description: Hinata's palms light up white (like in one of those games). She uses 8 trigrams 64 palms with the white palms. She then shoots them into the air with the white chakra. She thrusts her palms into the sky and a goddess emerges from her white chakra and she flies through them, taking their soul.

Lighting Coffin: Eternal Burial!

Combines Sand Coffin and Chidori. All of the hand marks for Chidori. While Chidori is hitting use your other hand to cover the person in sand! The sand and lighting will combine. Thus making this Jutsu.

Weakness: You have to get in close enough, time consuming

Sealing Technique: Turtle Shell Whirlwind
User summons a medium-sized turtle that immediately goes into its shell. The ninja then uses wind release to create an immense amount of suction force that captures enemies inside the turtle shell. The turtle comes out of its shell, and the user completes the sealing by activating the seal on the turtle's back.

Summoning Technique: Sea Turtle Sub
Ninja summons a large sea turtle to a large body of water where its shell can be used as an underwater base/transport.

Eight Trigrams: Shuriken Barrage
Similar to Eight Trigrams: 128 Palms except the ninja summons shuriken from forearm seals (like Sasuke did vs Itachi) and throws them like machine gun fire. It's made more effective when ninja puts elemental chakra flow in it (my character uses wind release for extra piercing power.)

Lightning Release: Paralyzing Spikes
The user throws down many makabishi spikes while channeling lightning chakra through them. If someone steps on one, electrical impulses go to the brain and paralyzes them from the waist down- allowing the user to make a getaway.

Combo of wind and earth release: the Trap Pit.
Force the wind into the ground, softening it where your target is. Then cause that softened dirt to form into sharp spikes, causing the target to fall and impale himself.
Weakness: the radius is huge, so you'd better be a distance away.

Combo of wind and lightning: Charged Air
Somehow infuse the air around you with lightning, causing it to become electrically charged. Then use a classic wind jutsu that pushes the charged air toward the target. The effect of it is paralysis.
Weakness: any form of large barrier or a water jutsu.

Kekke Genkai of lightning and earth release(my own KG) and a throwable weapon: Ground Vanish
Infusing the chakra compatible throwing object with a large amount of my own KG chakra makes targeting easier as I can't direct this jutsu by itself. After it's charged, I throw it at the designated area. Once it hits, depending on how much is put into the blade, a large amount of earth will disappear leaving a crater that is perfectly round and has high walls, trapping the target inside the crater. My KG caused the affected area to atomize instantly and turn into air.
Weakness: it takes a long time to infuse the blade because a certain technique is required, it does take a large amount of my chakra(a lot more if I want to make it bigger). Everything that isn't dirt or dirt based just falls down, which makes it a pain in a forest or residential area. If I'm in the area, I get sucked down too. I have to throw really far and accurately. It's more of a trump card that can't be used abroad, as it is devastating to the terrain.

Wind Release: Gale Aura
User goes into the 7th Gate of the Eight Gates and releases an immense amount of chakra in the form of a continuous spiraling sphere of wind chakra. It has the suction power of a tornado and the provides a great defense for the user. The ninja can also fly during this jutsu. Weaknesses are the exhaustive effects of using the eight gates plus the great amount of chakra required to perform the jutsu. The user is also required to have the ability to use wind chakra nature, the eight gates, and have good chakra control (my character is a Hyuga member so he naturally has the good chakra control.)

p.s. Kind of stole this from Avatar: The Last Airbender, but when using this jutsu, the user's eyes glow white (and specifically my character's veins around his eyes glow white when he is using this technique and the Byakugan.)

Combo of Lighting and Water: Large Scale Storm
Level: S class
Scale: Large
Hand Seals: private (I really just done want to type them out)
Effect: creates a gigantic storm cloud on which is either rains charged rain, or can shoot controlled lightning over a battlefield; or both, but both requires a second lightning style user.
Damages: the charged rain stings skin upon contact, prolonged exposure paralyzes victim(s) for hours. The controlled lightning is just lightning, nothing special, that shoots wherever the summoner desires.
Weaknesses: it requires the user(s) to be guarded and out of sight, but still in view of the area.
The rain stings on all people; even your allies will cry if caught in it.
To combat the rain however, you just need to be covered(stay near an Earth style user).
It requires a lot of time to prepare and summon, along with copius amounts of Chakra.

Lightning Release : Cursed Storm


Works only when raining , it electrifies rain drops around the enemy while the voltage is not strong enough to kill the target(s) is affects their nervous sistem and paralyses the portions touched by the drops.
