Kisame VS Kakuzu.
Disscus ;D
|
Re: Kisame VS Kakuzu.
kisame absorbs everything that get's thrown at him.
|
Re: Kisame VS Kakuzu.
Very true. Kisame just absorbs all the jutsus that are thrown at him. He uses that absorbed chakra to make a huge water dome. This will drown Kakuzu, or Kisame can just merge with Samehada and blitz Kakuzu while in the water dome

Re: Kisame VS Kakuzu.
He can't absorb fire jutsu though. so fire heart + lightning heart = end of Kisame
|
Re: Kisame VS Kakuzu.
Fire is negated by Kisame's water jutsu and he can absorb lighting so I guess kisame wins.
|
Re: Kisame VS Kakuzu.
Yeah but Kisame's water jutsu will fail against lightning. Water is weak against lightning.

water + lightning = stronger lightning fire + wind = stronger fire kisime cant tank all that. |
Re: Kisame VS Kakuzu.
What about Giant Shark bullet or whatever it is called.
|
Re: Kisame VS Kakuzu.
Kisame is a bad match for Kakuzu because of that jutsu^

Kakuzu's chakra will be drained if Kisame uses Giant Shark Missile. At the very least, he'll be weakened. |

And what will Kisame do afterwards when he's getting shot by a fire+lightning attack? First of all Samehada had trouble absorbing a fireball, and even then it's too much to absorb along with a large AoE. Water is also weak against lightning btw |

You're talking about Samehada, I'm talking about a giant water shark designed to absorb chakra missiles. Kakuzu has never combined those two chakra natures, but assuming that he did, it's still a chakra missile. The shark is supposed to open up and eat the chakra regardless of what kind. Furthermore, the more attacks it eats, the stronger it gets. Kakuzu has no way to stop it. |

We haven't seen the chakra absorption power of Giant Shark Missile. We can't asssume that it can just absorb a person's chakra completely. He has shown to be able to combine his fire and wind hearts, so using logic he shoud be able to combine any two of his heart's attacks together. |

Well it's clear that Kisame designed it to absorb large attacks hence the reason he used it against Guy's Afternoon Tiger. Not only that, but it only gets bigger the more it absorbs. Why didn't he do so against whatshisface. Kakashi then? Also even if he could, we wouldn't know how large in scale it would be, but either way, Giant Shark Missile could absorb it. Finally, most of Kakuzu's attacks were easily dodged by members of Team 10 including ino. Kisame doesn't even have to use giant shark missile to absorb the majority of his moves. typo |

Well there really wasn't any need since it gets larger anyways. He did, actually. And it took a collaboration ninjutsu from Naruto and Yamato to stop it. It was was shown to be pretty huge, along with Kakuzu's other attacks. It wasn't really escaped easily. They were mostly knocked back out of the smoke, and if Samehada absorbs a fire technique it won't be able to absorb anything else afterwards. |
Re: Kisame VS Kakuzu.
Actually Kisame can do Grand Shark Missile against the Fire+Wind Ninjutsu. Not only will it extinguish the fire but it will drain the chakra out of the attack. So fire+wind ninjutsu is countered by that. Lightning based attack can be absorbed by Samehada. Samehada has not problem absorbing that.

Re: Kisame VS Kakuzu.
Samehada doesn't even have to make contact with a person to drain chakra. This was evidenced way back when we first met Kisame and Itachi when Naruto started to prep the 9 Tails chakra and Kisame just held out the sword and it sucked in everything Naruto had plus the 9-Tails chakra. Any of Kakuzu's attacks except for fire jutsu would be absorbed instantly and the use of Water Dome or Giant Shark Missile would cancel out fire jutsu. I see no way for Kakuzu to win here.
