Ok so I start my break for 3 weeks. I will be watching anime during that time. I already have Fairy Tail, We Without Wings and Chaos;Head. So let me know what else is pretty good.

I recommend watching Katekyo Hitman REBORN! on Hulu. It starts off slow, but then it gets right intot he action. It'll take about 20 episodes or so until it gets into that.

Fooly Cooly is one of the only good ones I remember, although it's really short, and makes no sence.

But it's entertaining. ;)

Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. It's made by the same people who made Neon Genesis whateveritscalled, Gurren Laggen, and FLCL.

Just expect a lot of crude humor and random moments. But that's part of it's charm.

Highly depends what you like:

Shounen / Battle / Action: Angel Beats, Fairy Tail, Hayate no Gotoku!, Beelzebub, Deadman Wonderland
Shoujo / Romance: Bokura Ga Ita, H2O "Footprints in the Sand", Kanon 2006, Clannad, Myself;Yourself
Ecchi: Seikon no Qwaser, B Gata H Kei, Hidan no Aria, Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou, Ladies versus Butlers!

I've been watching more Romance than Battle / Action animes, so i've got faaaar more of those to recommend than Battle / Action, but, i'll leave it at 5 anime each group written.
Ecchi is made as a group for itself here because the other animes listed in the other groups doesn't have anything "ecchi" in it, atleast from what i remember of em all :)

Steins;Gate is pretty good, Chrome Shelled Regios (the ending pissed me off though), Nabari no Ou, Oreimo is amazing, and I somewhat liked Fate/Stay Night.

Wolfs Rain and Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni and its sequel, Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Kai (HAVE TO watch the sesond season, Kai, to understand all that happens in the first season)
