well if they are similar size then mayweather whoops him as long as gsp doesnt use too many kicks, but of course gsp will drop his ass and submit him.

But iirc GSP is alot bigger

Well, supposedly Mayweather has indeed trained in wrestling, not only for his Wrestlemania 24 appearance, but also due to the fact that, again, supposedly, he considered making the change from boxing to MMA before he came back to boxing

Yeah, but it was after his WM match that he almost considered making the switch to MMA, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban really pushed for that at the time too, and as I said, supposedly Mayweather trained a bit of grappling/wrestling, but I guess he stopped once he decided to go back to boxing
