disproves your point that anyone can learn it and you are only denying that even control of chakra from even one part of the body was difficult for Jounins like Kakashi and if that's true then no one can truly learn it except for Hyuugas.

No, it's called logic. Using it will bring you wonders. Everything you have said has been disproven along with what everyone else said.
