Kabuto outclasses Sakura in both usage of combat medical ninjutsu and raw taijutsu so I give it to him. Sakura I would assume is better in the medical department but they seem to train in different areas.

Kabuto can't heal from heavy injuries. Getting close to Sakura would be risky since one punch can kill him. He also has no long range jutsu so Sakura should take this

not that it matters as Kabuto wasn't going for her neck in order to keep her alive

Unless you show me a long range Taijutsu attack Sakura is capable as the OP States:
"Who has better Taijutsu?"

In anyway:
All Sakura can really do in Taijutsu is Kick and Punch Hard due to building up Chakra.
Meanwhile Kabuto more than well enough was capable of taking on Tsunade.

And Medic-Nin is no Question Kabuto.
Creating Manda 2.
Creating a Drug to surpress Wood Release.
Strengthened Zetsus.
Modifying Madara.
And even invented a Truth Serum.

Ha. Kabuto destroys Sakura casually. Sakura can't really punch fast. She's all power, just like Tsunade, and that's why Kabuto kicked her ass

Hmm, this is a bit hard for me. Sure, Kabuto beat Tsunade, but on the other hand Sakura beat Sasori (sure, it was with Chiyo's help, but she often said that she's be able to do it without her). They both specialize in the same areas...
In the end, I'd have to say that Sakura is better in strength and Kabuto better in the medical field because he's had more experience. For me, this is kind of even. (Although if this did happen, I'd like Sakura to win- it'd gain her more respect.)

I'll have to agree that Sakura might win this one, in the anime, I think Chiyo said that Sakura did not need much of her help when she lost control of one of her hands. She was able to beat 100 puppets of Sasori and I believe that Sakura did not get hurt while fighting these 100 puppets. What I'm saying is that Sakura has a high stamina and because I believe that Sakura and Kabuto are probably even in a match, Sakura would last longer than Kabuto.

Ok, but did you some episodes after that how Kabuto just completely destroyed the wasps or bee's or whatever. He showed pretty good speed. He was toying with sakura, yamato, and naruto, until Sai showed up and captured him. He only captured him because he thought Sai was on his side

Alot.

Kabuto was still ticking quite well after getting hit by Tsunade.

If her Punches couldn't finish him then sure as hell Sakuras won't.

BTW:
This is about who is better at Taijutsu and Medic Ninjutsu not a direct fight.
