How would you set up akatsuki by strenght?
(who do you thing is 1st strongest,2nd strongest...)
Orochimaru not included.

I will start:

1.Tobi
2.Nagato
3.Itachi
4.Kisame
5.Konan
6.Kakuzu
7.Sasori
8.Deidara
9.Hidan
10.Zetsu

We don't know what Zetsu is capable of so he is last.
(I think he is probably stronget than Hidan but no matter)

hidans immortality plays a pretty big part in the fact that while alot of them could easily overpower him, they can't kill him at all. really only nagato and tobi have the ability to send him out of the match. even itachi wouldn't be able to do any more then dismemeber him, at which point he will pull a black night and bite him to death

if Shikamaru beat him i bet everyone in the Akatsuki can.
I know for sure that Kakuzu,nagato,Tobi,Konan,Kisame...They all can.
I am lazy to put the reasons how but lets say this.1.Kisame would cut him down to pieces.
2.Itachi can use Tsukuyomi and do whatever he wants with him.
3.Kakuzu Would easily overpower him and do something.I mean its five of them xD
4.Konan can put paper bombs on him and guess what...Arm there,leg there...
5....
6....
7....
8....
9....

all of them could defeat him with ease.

I agree with Kioroshi. Hidan sucks. Itachi could beat him in an instant. Kisame would cut him into pieces as you said. In fact , all of them could do, except Zetsu, as we don't know his powers yet, though he seems quite strong. I would say :-

1- Tobi
2- Nagato
3- Itachi
4- Kakuzu
5- Sasori
6- Kisame
7- Deidara
8- Konan
9- Hidan
10- Zetsu

but then comes the problem of what can they do after that, they can't actually win, they can only stop him from being able to do anything to them. They can't kill him, shikamaru had prep and was plot induced and still only managed to trap him. It's easy to argue that with enough prep someone like shikamaru can beat the entire naruto verse at once. hell konan with prep managed to actually wound tobidara. The problem isin't beating hidan it's winning in the long run. go ahead and cut him to pieces he's still gonna live longer then you.

Every1 has Zatsu at the end of the list yet no one knows his real strength though we know he isn't the fighting type

i believe he is a type 6 immortal. He cannot technically die under any circumstances...but that is also what leads to him being cut into bits of grey matter...fate worse then death but he is still alive.

Anyway he is a weakling,I think he doesn't deserve a place in the Akatsuki even Zabuza is stronger then him.

Powerful. So we weight towards combat. That matters between the top 2

1)Nagato for "powerful," he has to top Tobi.
2)Tobi Intangibility. Is there a better defense?
3)Itachi Doesn't win a battle royal, but a single match...
4)Kisame - He or sword absorbs chakra. Strong, Most natural chakra in group.
5)Kakuzu - guns blazing. physically can't be hurt in earth grudge

6)Konan- hardest to place.
7)Deidara- Total long range,
8)Sasori PNJ- must have had more than weak puppets to beat 3rd kazekage
9)Zetsu - if you don't know spores, you die.
10)Hidan - don't get cut. Not hard if you are top 8 on here.

Defeating Hidan is simple. Seal him so he can't use chakra.

Haven't seen any legitimate tier lists...

So here's how it should go...

1. Trollbi with top perks, Manga perks. - Can't really be argued here, because I would be revealing too much... Basically he is TOP TIER
2. Itachi - He beats Nagato, because his Totsuka sword and Yata mirror basically nullify everything
3. Nagato - Obviously better than Kisame, but only WITH his 6 paths, although Kisame could gain a fair edge on Nagato is he drains ALL of 1 paths Chakra, rendering it useless. Therefore, Kisame is only SLIGHTLY lower than Nagato
4. Kisame - Ability to absorb, hold, and use all Chakra, with sword fusion, he is top 35%
5. Kakuzu - 5 hearts, threads, and skill, no excuse...
6. Sasori - Very much downplayed for the most part of his existance, I say he got screwed to early :|
7. Deidara - Explosives, also downplayed in the Sasuke battle, as lightning disarms his bombs.
8. Zetsu - One of the weaker, yet stronger Akatsuki, Backstabbing is truly what a villain does yes?
9. Konan - Better than Hidan, because Hidan is plain useless, troll me if you want, but he is...
10. Hidan - He's immortal, not all powerful, he doesnt get brownie points for getting chopped up and still able to brag about how much he loves getting poked...
The only reason he was any good, was because he has a living sewing machine for a partner.
11. Suiegetsu - Sword...
12. Jugo - Jet arms!!
13. Karin - She has spunk
14. Yuri - You'll get the joke soon enough...
15. Itachi and Kisame clones - Yeah
16. Sasuke! - You got the joke :D
