Fennel and Juniper

We do know Prof. Juniper is the main professor on Pokemon Black and White. She has a college buddy and good friend named Fennel. Fennel is the one responsible for studying the Dream Mist from Mushrana, Munna's evolved form. Do say if Juniper and Fennel are good buddies or what in the game?
