The Second Mizukage vs. Deaf, Dumb, Blind Kid aka Pinball Wizard
 

Scenario: Second Mizukage wants to cause the Pinball wizard to lose a ball in pinball. However, he cannot touch the pinball wizard not the pinball table. Nor can he use any object to do the same.

Can he or can he not alter the Pinball wizard's senses? If so, how long until the Pinball wizard loses a ball?

2nd Mizukage flips the table over. It says he can't touch the pinball
wizard NOT the pinball table so he CAN touch the pinball table. :)
