Jiraiya vs Sasuke
 
Location: Open Field
Distance: 40ft
Prep: None
Restrictions: Swamp of the Underworld in both scenario.

Scenario 1: No Restirictions other than Swamp of the Underworld.
Scenario 2: Sasuke is only alluded to use Susanoo if Jiraiya is forced to use Sage Mode.

(No Bloodlust in either scenario.)

Who wins?

Amy in both scenarios.

Jiraiya can't evade in base.

No way he gets a summon out before he's on fire.

Thus, no prep for SM.

Right because it's in character for Sasuke to activate Amaterasu the second the fight starts now because it helps your argument?

Alright, Sasuke blitzes and Chidoris.

Doesn't matter, base Jiraiya's feats are kiddy movement for Sasuke.

Not that it matters, Sasuke could likely target him with Amy in SM.

Looks like you're just one of the others, "lol base Jiraiya is not in SM therefore is shit."

And Amaterasu is 100% unavoidable right?

Danzo was a candidate for my place only because Tsunade was in coma, but Jiraiya was the first one who was elected as the Fifth and he is also the most powerful of the three Sannins!

Anyway, it takes Jiraiya longer to prep Sage Mode than for Sasuke to use Ammy, so once it gets down to the wire, and that's what it comes down to it, Ammy wins.

But depends on who's stronger between Pain and Sasuke If Sasuke is stronger he could take down Jiraiya as well

and he didn't used ammy in the fight with danzo
with sasuke's susanoo and now that he's got EMS

they are too big to avoid
and he is dead
he can't use full sage beacause one of the elder froogs died
how do jiraya break trew susanoo
and with prep.
sasuke could easily kill jiraya by using kirin

Because A was attacking Sasuke as well, willing to clash jutsu. It's not like Sasuke caught A completely unaware of a Chidori.

No, Jiraiya wins because he's stronger.

Since when does it come down to "Prep for SM is slower than Amaterasu therefore Jiraiya loses"? Because last I checked the only thing Jiraiya can possibly do in a fight isn't just Sage Mode.

he got beaten by pain

1. You think Jiraiya's just going to stand and watch Sasuke shoot multiple Fireball's into the air?

2. Sage Mode Jiraiya would stand a chance.

3. At being a shinobi? Notice how almost ALL Jiraiya fights restrict Swamp of the Underworld.

Maybe because he didn't have any screen time besides training pre-pubescent Naruto?

Almost every character would've lost to Pain under Jiraiya's circumstances. Like Fukasaku said, Jiraiya was there to gain information. Pain had the intent to kill.

Uh, Tsunade drugged Jiraiya and IIRC, it restricted Jiraiya of most of his chakra.
