Does anyone know how to write the mood below the title and how to use a custom avatar ..?

Custom Titles can be earned in various ways, nothing is really specific, you just have be around long enough and do something worthy of it. Custom Avatars can only be attained via Member of the Month.

Also, this should be moved to the Technical Issues section, this section is for discussing the Naruto manga. You can do this by clicking Thread Tools at the top and then check Move Thread and click Perform Action. Then select where you would like to move it and voila. Thanks, and enjoy the forum! :)

There aren't any specific requirements, it's just when the staff think you deserve one.

@Aurega: She's had multiple accounts

@Might_Gai: An example on how to get one would be help out I helped JAFL and the mods with multiple things and therefore earned it. So help out be generally good and get a good rep around here and I don't mean rep as in the green blocks I mean rep as in a good word for yourself. :)

1. If you mean Custom User Title by mood, such as the other users have suggested, those are earned in a couple ways. (Kinda gonna be a long explanation.)

Sometimes there are things or events on the forum, and those events result in the giving of custom titles. (Such as the beverage titles.) If you're a part of those events, then you'll probably end up with a title.

Contests are also done that you can gain custom titles with. But those are pretty rare, and there have only been a couple that were actually important enough for you to gain a custom title from. (my debate contest and the trivia contest are examples)

Then there's just behaving and doing a good job of being awesome on the forum, put bluntly.

2. Custom avatars can be gained when you become member of the month.
