Orochimaru wins. More or less he is immortal by physical means. Oro just uses a summoning and swallow him whole . He would get vaporized by stomach acids.

Do you even know what Elder Toguro is capable of?

The guy has mass regen and is certainly able to keep up with Orochimaru in reactions.

Not to mention he's got mind reading so it's easy for him to tell what Oro will do.

Elder Toguro has mind reading ? Where was that mentioned ? The way he fought in the demon tournament Oro takes he down unless he can fight off giant snakes.

he can't be killed and he has shown to be able to basically completely subvert and take over another persons body and the body he's currently walking around in is telepathic and can absorb the abilities of others by eating them

Orochimaru is certainly not immortal by physical means. His regeneration requires lots of chakra (as we've seen with Sasuke).

Toguro won't have much trouble with him.

The guy that ate Toguro had the ability to read minds iirc.

Said guy was utterly trolled when Toguro took control of him from within his body and gained those abilities as a result.

Though it's been a while since I read it so I might be wrong here. Still doesn't change that Manda isn't killing Toguro.

Since you have not stated which saga Elder Toguro is from this debate is pointless. Orochimaru would stand a reasonable chance against Dark Tournament Toguro as he is mortal. After that saga however Elder Toguro goes through a metamorphosis and becomes completely immortal, being able to regenerate himself from any wound, even if major organs are completely destroyed he can simply restore them. And based on his reaction to the Sinning tree, his own words, and the words of Kurama, it is clearly pointed out that it requires no energy for him to regenerate. Thus the reason he would be stuck in the illusion of the tree for eternity.

As for Orochimaru trying to absorb him, we've already seen what happens when people try that with Elder Toguro. It doesn't work out for them very well. Even when absorbed into a different kind of dimension of space within a stomach he still manages to easily take control and fuse with the host.
