Think of it like this:

You are aware of the magnitude of videos containing copyright material that exist on the internet, no? If not, then just go on Youtube; search for any videogame and you are highly likely to find at least one video on it.

Bill S.978 would see that any streaming of copyright material would be regarded as a criminal infringement on the said copyright material and the offender would be charged with felony.

Or, in simpler terms, if Bill S.978 would come to pass any streaming of copy right materials, including bits of pieces of a video games, a movie, or etcetera, will become illegal under any circumstance.

...I am not sure if I can agree with this.

this is effin retarted its not the videos fault that they arent making money maybe the game sucks. Mybe if half the games these days were amazing then they would sell more
