It's a website where your can write your own original fictions, fan-fictions, true stories etc. It's the place that write my Soulbinder story that's in my signature if you ever read it that is. Anyway I was asking all of my friends on this site if they wanted to make a mibba page and co-write a story with me.

I'm under the impression that if parents are okay with it and both people trust each other then it is okay to meet someone, but seeing someone under 18 is very risky for both parties. However, if it's okay with both parties, it could be admissible. I personally don't see anything wrong with that. Both of their prerogatives.
