The uchiha had no proof so who would you Side with... The village/hokages or a powerful clan

The Senju were the only ones treating them badly, not the rest of the village, they could have made their situation public so that the rest of the village would side with them and help fix the problem.

It doesn't matter if you would be punished harshly for it or not because morally you know that it's wrong so why should it matter rather or not you were harshly punished?

-the coup
-they are people not beast
-tobirama had more knwoledge on the uchiah than Hashirama had on the bijju
-the uchiha can not be given away
-the uchiha were not at risk at being tamed by the enemy

ALl I am saying is that one would not go to jail or have as harsh of a punishment for shooting a dog. Why would the Uchiha make peace with people who treat them badly

No it's not any different, Hashirama didn't try to talk the Bijuu and the Bijuu didn't talk to him. however, the Uchiha didn't try to talk things out with Tobirama or make their situatiob public before resorting the Cue, just like Tobirama didn't talk to them before decided that they needed to be watched.

So are you saying that's OK to shoot a dog dead in the middle of the street that's done nothing, but it's not OK to do the same thing to a human that was in the same situation? No it's not OK, not at all. A Cue was not the only way to Honor Madara, creating peace and making sure that they were treated fairly was also another way because that's all that Madara was trying to do.

oh I see my bad. But still they were already hurt they did not want to talk anymore. They no longer trusted the senju now. THey especially feel gulity since Madara told them this would happen. They staged a coup cuz that is what Madara would want. It would be the only way to honor him.

SO it's equal in blame. The bijju did not talk to Hashirama that is just as bad as Hashirama not talking to them. hashirama may have not known they could talk or be reason with. Okay even though we dont know much about the summonings I guess we can assume that they talked to one another....but the bijju nor people talked to one another. SO both Hashirama and the bijju are the blame. But how would Hashirama know that they could be talked or reasoned with??Hashirama had no animals summonings. Afterall there were 9 beast. That's 9 opportunities for the bijju to say something

I don't know what the Bijuu didn't talk to Hashirama I didn't write the manga and the boss summons where not always summons, before they made contracts they were animals that somehow learned the way of the ninja, so before they were in contracts with anyone, why did people decided to go and talk to them and not the tailed beast, the tailed beast weren't bothering anyone and for you to say that it wasn't OK for Tobirama to do what he did to the Uchiha who had done nothing wring and then turn around say that it was Ok for Hashirama to do what he did to the tailed beast who had also done nothing wrong is bias and a double standard.

The Uchiha did everythin right. Why should they have to apologize. Even if they did nothing would change. The point is Madara was right and the senju betrayed them. It was not right to stay with the senju after Madara was right. It's an insult to the Uchiha. COnronting and talking to Tobirama would not make a difference the damge was done.

What I am asking is that why did the bijju not talk to Hashirama before, during, or after Hashirama tamed them.

Most summonings are kind and worked with their summoners. we do not have enough info about random summonings just like we dont about the bijju being tamed. The summonings are no where as near dangerous or powerful as bijju and they can only be controled by one person.

So let get this straight, you think that since the beginning of time the boss summons were just all around cool with the ninja from the very beginning ever before they met them? No, you know that isn't even possibly by fantasy standards. You Keep saying what if, but we know, there was no one else so nothing would have suddenly changed because Hashirama didn't capture them. Also as it was said before those items the sand and cloud had, did them very little good since the Bijuu kept breaking out and they had to use Jinchuuiki to even attempt control over them. How can you say that the Bjiuu should have said something and then say the Uchiha shouldn't have had to say anything? If they knew it was unfair, they should have made it public instead of making their first resort to sneak around a plot a bloody rebellion.

So I assume since you did not counter what I said you agree. It is Hashirama's bad for not talking to them but it is also the tailed beast for not saying anything.
The Uchiah were outraged I suppose. They did so much for the village and did no wrong yet the leaf (or tobirama ) did not trust him. Yes they could have talked to Tobirama but the thing is.....MADARA's PREDICITON CAME TRUE!!!!!! Madara knew that the senju would not treat them right and betray and belittle them. Why should the Uchiha be the bigger person 24/7? Afterall they just ditched their leader putting faith in the senju yet ditching their leader only to realize that they sided with the wrong person. THeir leader presumed dead their was no going back. They had enough. Afterall Tobirama was the head honcho he is supposed to do all right and be the one to talk. The Uchiah could no longer trust the senju (or the leaf) which is what started the Madara sympitzers and the rebellion

In the era sure from what we know ONLY Madara and hashirama could control them. But let's say that Hashirama left them alone then as time passed others would find a way to control them.
-Sand village would seal away the shakuku
-Kumo has S06P tools to seal the beast or use chains
-Random ninja like the G&S bros would provoke them and get eaten and then gain bijju powers
-Oro would come up with an experiment to tame them
-It's possible orgainze evil groups would steal Hashirama cells or Uchiha eyes and try to tame them

Someone sooner or later would try and get them. With enogh determination and power

You are ASSUMING that the boss summonings were not always on their side. Anyway the summonings are not as powerful and can make contracts with. It is weird to compare them due to lack of knowledge
