I just got a idea! Of course you are busy so this is not to important. But I am sure you know how to edit what is under the avatars like post, join date and so forth. What would beyour though on one asking members their type. like this.

As you can see with this, aside from the TB with the spoilers, this would also disclose what the person see's or prefers. So I thought it might of some minimal use. Although that is up to you Admins. As I have no idea what you system is on how that might or might not work as a good idea. As in I do not know if you have enough precautions set up.
For reference, the link to turn the top stats back on also appears under Quick Links in the Nav Bar at the top of the page.
Under normal circumstances they could, however I'm unsure if they'll continue to be animated GIF's once the permissions are changed. There's also the fact that they can't be more than 150x150 pixels for their dimensions, and preferably less than 300 kb in file size, but GIF's aren't easy to resize. We can try and see if an animated GIF would still work if you've got one in mind that meets the dimension and file size requirements. If the image requires some kind of editing though, there's no way I have time for perfecting GIF's.
Two questions. All of them not super important, so I do not expect a answer for a bit with how busy you might be.
1. I fill silly, but I some how turned the "Top x" chart. I was trying to see more over the top 20 chart on Rep and other things, Buuuu.t I guess it turned off some how, and in Edit Options, I could not find anything to put it back. I didn't perm delete it did I?
2. Avatars can not be Gifs can they? I was about to post to Miss Kitty the avatar, but was not sure if the gif would work, if not would not matter, just a fun question worth asking.
OK, that makes plenty sense. I wish I could help, but I probably wouldn't know half of what I would need to do. I just delete things like the 'A' With the symbol on it and use the normal 'A' as a result to counter it. I do not know much other then Japaneses, so I o not know is taking it out will effect how to pronounce or the word meaning in Spanish. Not that it would matter I do no think.
Ah, that. The forum's database is set up to use a specific character encode. Can't remember which one the database uses off the top of my head, but as a result certain characters/symbols simply won't work and the forum will cut off posts past that anomalous character. Due to how Microsoft Word is set up, you'd get similar results while trying to copy a comma from Word to a post you're trying to make on the forum which has caused many a problem for people for years.
I don't recall there being a solution to this problem that you could implement yourself. To fix the issue we'd have to tweak the character encoding format in the database and that'd require server side support. And getting server side support is an arduous process which is probably why it's never been fixed.
Hey Ashen, I was wondering why out of all the languages in the world. Things like Japanese with their special symbols can be used. But if I used Spanish and have the special symbols above the letters, it erases the entire post before that word that used it. Like it activates a cloak. Does this make sense? If so, could you help me or is there a way to allow Spanish? I basically use Google translate and post it and it wont work unless I am doing it wrong. If you can help that would be cool.
Hey, for the glowry of my last few days with Avatar, I was thinking Death Note. But I was going to use an "S" But I noticed L is also wrote in a generic Font. Does that mean Using the Letter L is bad or just in that font?
