Well I can see that you down rep'd me, for what reason I do not know why, but I will say this much and I'm not trying to be hostile just explaining, because even though rep points are nice to have, I'm not really pressed to have them so it doesn't really bother me at all that you down rep'd me. However, about the Naruto War Zone village situation, I basically let everyone pick what village they were going to be from and I was going to stop them, once we had reached five, but I got back online after they'd already made six, I didn't know that ribbons was your thing and I'm sorry that Hozuki took it, but I think it would be kind of unfair to take his village away from him at this point, I hope you under stand and once again I am sorry.
