I think Orochimaru would win, he probably knows Kabuto's moves, and I doubt Kabuto would beat Oro's Hydra move.

Orochimaru would beat Kabuto with his Snake Summons, and his Hydra thing; what Lee and Kuromaki said.

He can also use Five Pronged Seal, stopping Kabuto's flow of chakra.

I think it's about before Orochimaru's absorbed into Kabuto's body, otherwise he wouldn't be able to fight
