I think Shino could take this if he summons his bugs quickly enough. Deidara is so slow when it comes to his explosives. He sticks his hand in his bag and his mouth hand chews up the clay and makes the explosive. I see no reason why Shino could not quickly produce a swarm of bugs and simply cover Deidara. Once the bugs have made contact then the battle is finished.

I doubt all of shino's bugs die since they feed on his chakra. He will try to stratigize but deidara makes a giant bird and boom. Bug be gone!

Nah, Shino's bugs have never really shown any sort of durability. I think C2 could probably take them all out, based on the fact that it scarred the earth.
