What new feat? Suigetsu reacted more laudably than what Minato did. Because, he had enough time to jump and block Raikage's attack. That's what Minato did, but not as laudable. Furthermore, he possess cheap kunai tags, alright that was established a long time ago I'm pretty sure.

let me just note we know that minato throws out kunai at the beginning of a match before even the raikage could activate his jutsu. Inches with in his face the fastest ninja at that point, minato still dodged. Minato could run away from ammy all day until itachi runs out of chakra. Minato isn't that weak guys. he hasn't shown much but he does have enough feats at this point to say something about him

All Minato has to do is show his technique to Itachi once then it's over. Then all Itachi have to do is stay out of Minato's kunai range. If minato gets close, then Itachi genjutsu should finish him or amaterasu. In no way should Minato be able to affect Itachi.

If you read the OP you would see that he can't spam genjutsu straight away. How would Itachi know he's teleporting with his kunai? And it hasn't been known to take chakra, it's just shunshin isn't it?

Itachi wouldn't think about using water clones before he gets rasengan'd. Genjutsu can't be used early in the fight.

The sharingan is also irrelevant. Sharingan can predict movements anyway. But Madara lacks the abilities of Itachi which Minato is defenseless against.

As far as I'm concerned, the only challenge to Minato here is genjutsu, which can't be used right away. By the time Itachi can use genjutsu, though, Minato will have kunai everywhere.
