Not necessarily. Asura could aim some missles at Baku's trunk, and when it sucks them in, it blows up. Also, I don't think that Danzo's Wind Style could slice the bombs.

Baku is the equivalent of a black hole. Missles aren't going to kill it
(It took a supersize and uber-boosted fireball to get him to stop. Missles are way below it).
Besides, theres nothing stopping Baku from eating Asura while eating the bombs.

Danzo doesn't really need the Baku. Asura shoots a missile at his face, he Izanagis, appears behind Asura and finely dices him with waves of wind.

IIRC, Danzo has got around 10 lives. Going by BG defaults, Asura has no knowledge about Danzo.

Danzo should take this without much difficulty.

With no knowledge, there's no way Danzo would start with baku.

In the three things:

One: danzo has reacted to susanoo arrows. Missle spam loses out to that by far. Plus Baku takes less time than he missles do to form and fire off, and they appearently aren't incredibly fast as Choji could outrun it long enough to have kakashi Kamui it.

Two: He doesn't need to unwrap to use suisui, and releasing izanagi doesn't take all that long.

With no knowledge, he would start with izanagi and bind-touch which means the chakra receptors will become null as the chakra can't get to where it needs to go. If that doesn't work, Baku is next.

Missile spam is essentially useless against Danzo. Danzo use Vacuum sphere which is essentially a Gatling gun technique. Blows up all the missiles before they get anywhere near him. Somehow the missiles are shot such they surround Danzo, he uses vacuum wave that easily will keep a nice safe barrier around him.

Then it is only a matter of using great sphere or serial waves. Given that serial waves blasted through Susano, Asura is a just scrap metal after that.

Danzo doesn't need Izanagi, shuisui's eye nor Baku. This battle is cake for him. Danzo is just a horrible opponent for Asura. It has no chance.
