It finally happened. I do hope it wasn't the third anime as if it was, that means [adult swim] most likely never got InuYasha: The Final Act.

I've been wanting to watch this, so I'm glad it's coming. xD I really wanted InuYasha though, but I guess I'll stick to streaming it.

Was the first series/season/whatever of InuYasha popular with it anymore anyway? If it wasn't, I understand why they wouldn't or couldn't get FA on there. DRRR! is a good show too, can't wait to see it.

They're already listening. Do you have any idea how much it would cost for them to get every anime you want them to? Millions upon millions of dollars they don't have. Even if they didn't have FOX Comedies. And by the way, their own shows cost nothing to air.

And their own shows are what give them the money to get new anime. The anime earns hardly anything to get new anime (Due to how expensive it is for them to air and renew it.), and I'm being serious here. You can blame 200+ episodes of Bleach for them not being able to get as much anime as you want them to.

they only show 1 episode of bleach and why is it bleaches fault that adult swim didn't pick up anime ?

Do you give up?

They have to keep renewing it all the time. The more episodes they have to renew, the higher the renewal cost. It doesn't matter how many episodes they air a week, the renewal cost will be the same.

Also, now I'm not saying that Bleach prevents them from getting any new anime at all. It just prevents them from as many shows if they didn't have it. Bleach didn't cost much when they first got it (It was at around 105 episodes in Japan at the time.), but now when they have 200 episodes, it costs them a lot to keep all of the episodes.

Bleach is a big anime such as naruto the aired since 05 to drop it now would be a huge loss for adult swim and Viz plus they picked up FMA brotherhood and Kekkaishi to air on adult swim

I'm not saying for them to drop it (It is the anime that performs the best for them.), it just costs a lot to keep, and in time, it may become too much to keep (Considering it's rumored to go on for another 10 years.).

Hopefully Dubs4life in time will learn why [adult swim] can't get 983047309430 shows. One big part of it is how expensive it is for them to keep Bleach.

Haha! It's about time Adult Swim is getting more anime! Alot of the american shows pretty much suck. Don't get me wrong, Family Guy, American Dad, and Robot Chicken are awesome, it's just the others that suck XD.

Dubs they got a new anime and a great one you should seem more happy about this I would think.

But instead you just question if they are listening and annoy posters with your references to The World Ends With You a game which is several years old btw, you been under a rock watching anime for a few years and just got to that gem?

Neku is hardly a good role model.

Exactly. You should be thankful Dubs4life they got a show like Durarara!! which is absolutely perfect. It was a huge announcement at Fanime Con 2011, so you shouldn't be asking for more as this is what you're getting for now.

They can't get any more new anime for a while as Durarara!! probably cost them a pretty penny.

They been keeping it up for YEARS. They've always been listening, and know what's going to work, and what's not.

They really have been quite good to anime since 2010. 2008 and 2009 were a different story but those days are long gone.

To Adult Swim, anime works on Saturday and it's earned it's place there and they have no intention of ignoring that audience and cancelling their anime block because unlike with various other blocks, AS anime gets viewers. Why AS does so well and most other networks willing to broadcast uncensored anime don't do well it's somewhat baffeling but thankfully the other network's lack of success with uncensored anime has not affected Adult Swim and they'll keep playing it on Saturday nights and pick up new shows to cycle through to freshen things up every year while keeping Bleach on a steady stream of premieres.
