Or sometimes people give you rep if they agree with you on some things.Happened to me before.

Ok you Can get Reputation power By every 2,000 Post and if you Do not have that Quantity you May get Reputation power at a Certain Amount of Reputation that Amount of Reputation "points" Will be 50 According to Toma Reputation Guide
