well kankuro himself has the sasori puppet and ma and pa puppets, temaris wind destorys sasoris puppets but i think iron sand is to much for them

Temari is a bad match-up for Sasori.

The Guy lacks in terms of Speed while Temari was able to easily counter Tayuya's Sound Jutsu from close range.

Add in 3 years Timeskip improvement.

Anyhow:
Temari with her large AoE summon and Scythe Jutsu's are a curse for Sasori especially when her attacking Speed was able to counter a Jutsu as fast as Sound (As it was Sound itself) before it even reached her.
