If kurenai win's if she can get a genjutsu on him, shouldin't be too hard.

If she can't Hidan wins, Kurenai really hasin't shown much.

She could break out of genjutsu and dodge an attack from Itachi (Who is extremely fast) seconds after breaking the genjutu, but thats it.

1.Kurenai's Genjutsu takes forever to commence.(Chapter 141 p.12)
2.Kurenai has no Taijutsu or reflexive feats. Moreover, she couldn't react to Itachi, she got saved by Kakashi.(Chapter 142 p.10).

1. There are two things with your #1 statement. First of all Kurenai's genjutsu eather ALREADY hit them because she vanished in thin air, so it was already on kisame and itachi. OR her genjutsu causes her to vanish which means Hidan can't get to him

2. once in the genjutsu (hidan has shown no genjutsu resistance) all kurenai needs to do is pull out a kunai and cut off Hidan's head. The cut will wake him up but all he'll be able to do is look at her and his decapitated body

That's wrong. Her Genjutsu needed preparation, hence Asuma's assertion, "Kurenai, you're late", that's obviously unequivocal, and it entails her Genjutsu never started punitive action. There was nothing that happened before Asuma's assertion, "Kurenai, you're late", that was relative to Kurenai's Genjutsu(punitive) at all.
