When will naruto be a chunin?

i dont think its fair that naruto is still a genin, heck he should bea jonin by now. even if he didnt pass the exam he should just get a free pass for saving the whole village!
even if he took the exam he would rape everyone!
anyways im looking forward to the chunin exams again if there is one. but that will be a long time before that happens. i mean theres a freakin war going on!

Yeah he should be a jounin by now. But, maybe since alot of crap is happenning they aren't really worried about it. I mean, everyone in Konoha practically already thinks Naruto is going to become Hokage.

Probably after everything settles down and the village is rebuilt. You can't exactly hold a chunin exam during a war, it would be rather disruptive.

Well, I think they will grant him jonin till Tsunade retires. He has surpassed chunin In the recent arcs. IF they even give him chunin I don't think he will take the exam.

You people all seem to forget one thing: Naruto achieved a rank all his own when he learned Sage Mode. He is now a Sage, thus trumping every other rank but Hokage.

Sage is not a rank, Sage is merely someone who is able to utilize Senjutsu to use Sage Techniques.

I think he will jsut become the hokage, but only after ~200 episodes, since his too hasty, with a short temper and impatiante, so he could not become anything more then a genin untill he works on that.
