i dont understand why naruto wants to be hokage (leader of the village). i mean it seems like a boring job that has alot to do with politics. naruto probably thinks its fighting in the morning and eating ramen in the afternoon. he will get bored of the job very quickly and i dont think the elders will choose such an idiot for the job anyway lol.

well its obvious your not a naruto fan if you rewatch the first seris you will see why.

1. he wants the hole village to look up to him with respect
2. he wants to prove to everyone that there wroung about him
3. he wants jaraiya to be proud of him even tho jaraiya is in the other world now R.I.P
4. the point were at in naruto now is the hand off to the next generation gaara is now the kazekage no one exspected that at all every one is a chunin and neji is a jonin that was exspected naruto is no longer a genin he has now taken jariyas place as one of the legendary sanin as sasuke took orochimarus place and sakura will one day take tsunades place. now look at this tsunade was only the villages 2nd choice for hokage jaraiya was the first and lets face it jaraiya is a perverted idiot who would order the kanoichis to do pervy things for him so if there willing to make that hokage narutos a shoe in

it means fire shadow

and kazekage means wind shadow

raikage lightining shadow

misukage water shadow

Tsuchikage is earth shadow

the first part of the word standing for thenation

the second part of the word standing for shadow meaning to watch over and protect

Yeah exactly. When Naruto said he's going to become Hokage, he's going to try his hardest to become Hokage. Naruto is still learning give him time to become Hokage while he has his chance since Danzo's dead.
