View Full Version : Light Yagami VS Madara Uchiha

Light Yagami has the Death Note, of course. Light gets an unlimited amount of prep time to fight Madara, and may use any resources he can gain access to in the Real World, including using the Naruto manga itself for information on Madara's abilities. (Therefore the fight itself takes place in the Real World.) He may not use the Naruto manga to see Madara's face, and technological advancement is not a factor in real-world prep time.

The challenge is essentially this: Can Light Yagami, a genius human, use only real world objects to force Madara to show his face? Once Light's seen his face, he can write his name in the Death Note and win.

(Although, you could say that you don't know if it's possible for Light to do it unless you come up with a way yourself, so it's actually more of a "Could you devise a way to force Madara to show his face?")

Here is the thing though Light could try to make Madara showing his face is no big deal but we aren't too sure why Madara hides it.

And also Light could go the personal blackmail approach.

So Light has to force Madara show his face? I mean Light could use some device to look past the mask right?

It does't matter, seeing as he doesn't need a live stream picture.He still needs to see at least half of Madara's face, doesn't he? Or are you suggesting he can simply use artwork outside the Naruto manga to see Madara's face?+reps for an original thread

He just needs to see their face, correct?True, (although I thought he only needed to see at least half,) but the point is more that Light can only see Madara's face in person, and to do that he has to force Madara's mask off or see through it without Madara removing it. Or use some other clever trick.

Does Madara have knowledge? If not, he has no reason to suspect that showing his face to someone he is about to kill would do him any harm. Therefore it is likely he would honour the request and bam, Light writes his name and he's dead.

Problem is that is Tobi Madara? Tobi is in good shape because maybe nobody knos his name. He is like Rumpelstiltskin.

Even if Madara does take off his mask and show Light his face, wouldn't Light get killed the second he tries to write down the name in the Death Note? Also even if he did, wouldn't Izanagi bring him right back as many times as it would take for Madara to kill Light?

unless light included Madara using up his Izanagi or getting rid of his eyes or somethin prior to his death...

"Sasuke Uchiha dies after destroying the mask of the only other living Uchiha".No. For one thing, the fight is in the Real World (I'll put that in the OP) and Sasuke has no means of getting there. For another, that'll only work as long as Sasuke is capable of doing that to Madara. Madara can still stop him.
