Durability:
Ichigo > Takeshi

Strength:
Ichigo = Takeshi

Evasive Ability:
Ichigo = Takeshi

Sword Mastery:
Ichigo < Takeshi

Destructive Capability:
Ichigo > Takeshi

Stamina:
Ichigo = Takeshi

Intelligence in Battle:
Ichigo = Takeshi

Mindset:
Ichigo < Takeshi

OTHERS ARE FINE.

Those were just base stats no abilities included. Also Vongola Gear Takeshi only has two swords, not four. Number also doesn't make a better swordsman as shown through out anime many times.
Bringing Rain Flames in might as well be equal to brining in Reiatsu. Rain Flames would slow ichigo down as well as weaken his style though.

In his first CF her had Four.

His FG he has Two.

But he would speed blitz using Rain Flames Hyped.

There is no such thing as a Final Gear.
His ring became the Rain Neckalace which is his new Vongola Gear, the Cambio Forma for the Vongola Gear is his two swords, he no longer uses four that we know of.
Rain Flames haven't shown to use propulsion, he just slows down the time around him and moves using his already exceedingly fast movement.

He would use Autum Rain to slow Ichigo then he would slice him in half using the Rain Flame's to weaken his body.
