idk... I read/watched freezing but I don't really know how fast Freezing characters are. Like I used to think Naruto characters were fast until I realized that it's only fast for their verse. So at this point i'd say Hibari due to him being the Chuck Norris figure of KHR. :D

A weakened Bridget was so fast she left afterimages without Pandora Mode.

Cassie was blitzing Bridget until she went Nova Mode.

Now to the point:

Bridget carries 6 of Kazuha's 20 Stigma's at a 5% synchronization rate.

6 at 100% Rate would be 30% of Kazuha's Full Ability.
Though Bridget only has 5%.
So basically 1.5% of Kazuha.

Cassie has 3 at 90%.
Which is around 15% of Kazuha.

Though Cassie on Numbers>Bridget the latter makes up for it with her Nova Form as well as a never give up attitude.

Anyhow:
If at 1.5% Bridget is capable of creating Afterimages then Kazuha is definitely horrendously fast.

Then there are S-Class Nova's.
One was trashing Cassie.
