Bee could probably dodge ammy. By the end of the fight Sasuke and Deidara were both screwed up. If Deidara had unlimited clay then he could have won.. Isn't that why he suicided? And because of his passion for "art". Sasuke won by default not b/c of his skill.

I don't think Kishi had the idea for Kirin down yet. Because lightning doesn't just come out of nowhere. If we're gonna get technical then i'd say that there needs to be something in the sky with massive negative charge first. Even though it was PnJ, it wasn't in that way. It's possible to knock someone out on the chin, but not anywhere else on their face. It's PnJ in the way that Neji never reacted.

Just clarifying.... Sakon was the second strongest.( as orochimaru stated)

Therefore Neji didin't fight the strongest and ended up being the MOST injured at the end, that doesin't sound so good for his supposed superior abilities as a ninja.

Tho I still think Neji has a chance, he just hasin't shown many feats in shippuden yet..( I say yet because he's becoming a main part of the story right now.) So unless yoour saying Neji PTS can beat sasuke TS then that would be wrong.

He had a hard time fighting a Kisame clone which only had 30% of the originals power.
