Tsuna will take this. Speed blitz. Do with the avoidance of the Blackhole. It is safe to say he will be able to speed blitz almost anyone.

[Devroux]

Tsuna's faster than Respira. He just has to go around in order to get to Barraggan. Plus, he doesn't need to physically hit Barraggan in order to harm him so he can't get hurt. If he can find enough prep, he can use X Burner and there's always Burning Axle which is quicker and stronger.
