I like Madara and Obito basically because they're the most memorable in that they're the first two I think of when the clan are referenced.

Just watch all episodes or read entire manga til you catch up.

that Madara Uchiha is the founder of Akatsuki.
He just used Nagato (Pein) as a 'leader'.

Entire internet says so that Madara is the actual maker of Akatsuki. :lol:
Go google 'founder of Akatsuki' and you'll see the answers.
Pain had a group yes, but it wasn't called Akatsuki til Madara came by.
Madara had the idea of having the group Akatsuki when he was mizukage.
When he wasn't mizukage anymore he got angry and then took control over Pain and his group.
At that moment he (Madara) made the group 'Akatsuki'.

DeProffesor. The manga clearly states that Madara was the founder. He encouraged pein to act as a leader.

There is no proof that will deny that. If you checked narupedie then somebody is clearly not getting the full picture just like you. I mean... i don't like the uchiha clan to much but still the fact is that madara is the creator of akatsuki. So don't state things you can actually fully back up

My favorite uchiha that was in the akatsuki aswell is itachi since he was the most honorable of all of them. I mean akatsuki not uchiha. He had the biggest respect for konoha and endured so much. So i like itachi the best by far

Definitely Itachi. He wasn't the villian that he was made out to be. Plus, although Sasuke didn't find out until very end, Itachi loved his brother and wanted to protect him. I really can't help but love that about him... even though Sasuke is terrible...
