Neo is the personification of the Future of Digimon.

Only 2 attacks are known:
Judgement which turns every being consisting of Data into 1's and 0's.

And Zero Genesis with which he can manipulate Time and Space.

Also:
Chapter 24 Page 30:
Neo destroyed the Universe.

Chapter 25 Page 16 he recreates it and grows bigger than a Galaxy.

Shouldn't Sonic,Shadow,Blaze,and Silver in their Super Forms be able to tank their attacks on top of being much much faster?
