Global Link Japan Re-open
After delays due to the earthquake in Japan, the official site that the pokemon global link is going live again in Japan on April 13th, this Wednesday. This date matchhes the perviously accidentally posted date on the english site. this re-opening includes aesthetic changes to the global link will match the international look. confirmation on release as soon as it's release.

Pokemon Global Link Event
The oficial site has updateed with a special mini- game on their site which allows you to select one of the eevee evolutions like in Japan, this will allow you to download the special pokemon when you connect to the games to Global link when the global link goes live later this spring. Each eevee evolutions has a special ability not perviously capable on pokemon. Once you have played the game which is similar to the game of breaout, you'll be able to seclect the eevee evolutions you desires. go to pokemon global link.com for further deatils.

Last night the official Pokemon Global link site updated briefly starting that the Global link was due for release next Wednesday, april 13. However since than they have removed that lising. It is currently unknown whether or not the Global link will go on that day or whether it has been delayed further more due to another earthquake in Japan. More will be ASAP.
