Not at all. Sasuke gave up on that deal and formally left Akatsuki after he believed he had captured Killerbee. He believed he didn't need the Tailed Beast's power to take down Konoha with his new eyes.

Forget that, he plans to sync him up with gedo mazo, that's way more shocking than his other statement. So I supose he could go "ten tails" like you said, but I wouldn't say it is logical going by what you said. It all comes down to what madara means about syncing with the gedo statue. Obviously when he said it he implied that it can be used against him if sasuke is not completely loyal like pain.

Lets be honest. Kishimoto is NOT done hyping up the Sasuke and Naruto fight. What more can they get though, you ask? They are already so insanely powerful. Well, they can get what the other has.

Naruto's big advantage is his tailed best, Sasuke's big advantage are his eye abilities.

So after that, Naruto can gain eye abilities and Sasuke can gain unlimited chakra aka Tailed Beast

Let's examine how:

Sasuke-well there is already the deal to get a tailed beast by Madara. And with his EMS, Sasuke can easily control his tailed beast. My thoughts are that Sasuke will use his EMS to defeat Killer Bee and steal the Ox from him. Since the Ox was already pacified by Killer Bee, albeit thru training, it will be that much easier for Sasuke to control.

Naruto-there was a reason Nagato is related to Naruto. I know Nagato only had the Rinnengan because Madara gave it (maybe this is a lie?), but there is another hint that Naruto will get Eye Powers.
1) Itachi's gift. Unknown what this is, maybe some glimmer of the Sharingan. Farfetched, but possible
2) Sage lineage. So with his contorl of the Nine Tails, Nartuo shows his new nd more literal "Sage Mode" where he really looks like the SotSP. The SotSP had the Rinnengan. If Naruto is now using his "spirit" or "aura" isn't it likely he'll get the Sage's trademark eyes to counter Sasuke's eyes.

Mostly well said... I like that thought of sasuke going after 8-tails... (although I'd hate for Sasuke or Naruto to gain their rivals trademark ability...) Coming to think about it, Madara used a tailed beast to fight Hashi even when He had EMS so why not Sasuke... (Non of the beast actually fits sasuke's personality tho'.. I mean imagine a sasuke/monkey transformation - ridiculous)

I doubt tho' that Naruto will gain a dojutsu just because Naruto Possesses Physical Energy which is revealed in the SO6P's body but it takes Spiritual Energy to Obtain The Eye Which Naruto simply Doesn't have.

But As for Itachi's gift, I hope it isn't a sharingan but the chances are high for that since all itachi's abilities reside in his dojutsu.
