It's a stomp here. Dante can freeze time, so he just chills for a day or two, and when he gets bored of using Cloud as a pedestal/coat hangar for his jacket, headshots him.

Dante blitzing Cloud is laughable.

Devil Trigger does nothing but amp his stats a little, all which are inferior to Clouds and his limits do the same.

It increases his Speed and Power as well as if he has something like Gilgamesh or Lucifer on, then he pretty much RAPES.
