I miss the mystery dynamic Danzo brought

I really loved how he wasn't really a evil bad guy but ruthlessly on the good side and now there is nobody to replace him. Everyone now is clearly on the bad side between Kabuto and Tobi/Madara although they at least still remain a mystery in terms of what they can actually do. I LOVED how Danzo carried himself tho always quiet in the shadows and even when he stepped out to go to the Kage Summit he was real tough how he walked at everyone and those bandages weren't a let down at all with the sharingans(showed even more how ruthless he was)the only thing that is a let down is the fact that such a bad ass character died before we really got to see much of him.

Is there any chance Danzo can be brought back? Anybody else really disappointed Danzo died so early after being front of the action finally? I mean i'm okay with him being defeated but i wish he got away somehow. It really bothers me that we got to see so little of him especially with how he is presented in the anime especially.

It's like how Sakura will probably become famous cuz of Naruto and Sasuke.

Danzo actually wasn't all that "legenday" at least not in the sense of being well known. Danzo stay hidden in the shadows until he became Hokage.
Though he is definitely worthy of legend. Think of him like the CIA.

I think Kabuto could replace Danzo is the sense that he is mysterious and we don't know his true intent.

In the beginning this was true of Danzo as well. In fact, I used ot love the Kabuto character until the tenzo bridge and him became a standard Orochimaru lackey.

Lucky, we had the brilliant characters of Danzo and Sai Shaft to console ourselves. Hopefully, the current Kabuto will keep kicking ass and playing both sides.

Well...when you put it that way...it makes me want to see Danzo again. His ways of showing his concern and dedication were a bit ruthless, but then again, he did it all for the beneit of his village. I DO miss him. :shock:

In my opinion, I don't think Danzo's part isn't complete yet. Actions made in the pass can't be erased so easily. I'm hoping to see him, somehow, in the future. Or at the very least something/someone related to him.

I am still hoping Sai Shaft tells us what Root and Danzo really knew. I suppose Kabuto might spill the beans of what happened between Orochimaru and Dnazo as well.

I can accept Danzo being dead and not revived.
But I want to know more about Danzo's past.
Not just cuz I'm a Danzo fan but because it
seems to be pretty important to the story.

I don't care for Hanzo since he got Danzo into the Nagato mess
without even realizing that Nagato had the Rinnengan. Had Danzo
had better intelligence on Nagato I doubt he would take the risk
or at the very least would take more precautions.

Then again it's possible Danzo did already know about the Rinnengan
and sacrificed Anbu Black Ops members to gather information on it.

Mostly Agreed, and thanks for expounding on the CIA reference. As for Hanzo, I just meant that he must've known enough about Danzo to have ever let him get that close.

Obviously he holds a huge key to the whole shenningans.Danzo is one of the few characters Kishimoto made that is interesting. That not to say he hasn't made characters that are endearing and realistic. Kishimoto must have been writing unconscious when he thought him up.

Yes, I think we understand the other Hokage extremely well. If anything we need to know why Tobirama was trying to invent Edo Tensei. I guess we finally saw who hie killers were.

He is, but only because Kishimoto keeps teasing his importance.

For all the hoopla about Tobi/Madara, we know a sheet load about him when you think about it.
