ii really enjoyed this fight, it was one of the first things that got me interested in Naruto...
-Tell me your views on it please, ii am curious as to know what side you were on, also who you wanted to win and so forth...
Of course ii wanted Lee to win and was sad when he lost also what happened to him, but it also moved forth the story and added suspense, at least to me :3

This probably belongs in Character Talk or Town Bookstore more than it does in the BattleGrounds.
Moved to Original Naruto section.
One of the first fights I really did enjoy. One reason why I keep watching Naruto is because of the fluid motion of the fights. It's eye candy for me. Oh, and that fight with the bone guy, and the first real battle of Naruto v Sasuke... loved those a lot.

It was a great fight, but the plot saved Gaara in my opinion.

I have the manga for it, its awesome, except for where he broke lees leg....but otherwise GOOD FIGHT! hmmm i dont think even after gaara and naruto became friends has gaara appologized yet? Cause i dont think he did even when he and lee battled kimimaru, on/in the sasuke arc....right?
Gaara isn't the type of person to apologize. He's one of those types that in the end of it all says 'I regret nothing'.

He apologized in his own right by saving Lee in the end anyway. coughagainplotcough

ii agree with you there haha...yeah ii cannot apologize, too stubborn...though ii can trick myself into apologizing, it comes out fake, but Hey! ii did it!...srry im veering off topic, eh...
@Err, yeah it was the first fights ii actually got into, obviously...and well ii loved the whole Kimimaro vs Gaara(Lee Kinda) And Naruto vs Sausuke...intense man haha :D
Hmm...ii wonder what would have happened in a whole if Lee had won??? ii know the obvious, but in the big picture, how would it affect now-a-days in the series...hmm >:/
