I think she's more focus on training than on social things. Maybe Kishimoto didn't make her have a best friend for a reason...

But if I were to picture her having a best friend, it'd probably be Temari or Hinata.

probably neji or hinata.
one of the hyuga's. or Yakumo Kurama from the filler arc.
Yakumo was in Lee's class and I think Tenten and lee were in the same class.

I'm pretty sure she was in the filler Arc when Kureani was going to leave squad 8. She had some kind of "monster" thing inside her, and Kureani used to be her teacher.
