Hmm kefka is strong but he isnt vert fast so chances are he would probly get speedblitz before he can think.

1. kid boo cant bust galaxies, dragonball only has 4 galaxies and nothing suggests that 1 is gone
2. kefka wont be fast enough to do anything before he gets a planet busters
