Before winning the chunin exams match, Naruto said to Neji that he'll change the Hyuga way. We would understand the Hyugas had made some doubtful and controversial decisions htey made. One of them was the Cloud ninja's death, and that happened when he tried to kidnap Hinata for the Byakugan's secret. Hiashi did kill the Cloud ninja. With the Cloud Village wanted to know about the incident, Hizashi decided to martyred himself instead of his brother Hiashi. We don't know if Naruto will be alive to change the Hyuga way even if he's the Hokage. Would he?

Should Naruto becomes the Hokage, he'll keep his promise of changing the Hyuga way. The storied clan had made some controversial decisions like the Cloud ninja's attempted kidnapping on Hinata. We can hope the Hyugas would treat Naruto with much more dignity and respect.

I think Naruto would change the Hyuga way if they don't do it themselfs before he does. We all know how far Naruto is willing to go to keep a promise he has made.

Most likely because Naruto never goes back on his word...

Yes and no. He will change some of their ways (After he marry Hinata) but as he mature he will understand some things are better the way they have them.

Doubt that he'll change everyone's mind, but for the most part.
