For the upcoming Viz Elite Four, I'm holding nominations and voting for positions.

Rules:
1. Only nominate and vote for whom you think is the strongest battler, worthy of being in the E4.
2. You cannot nominate yourself
3. You cannot vote for yourself
4. Send me your votes once I've posted the final nominations. Any votes before the nominations are posted will be ignored.
5. Don't bribe to get votes. It's unfair and not cool.
6. Do not nominate somebody who's already been nominated.

I think we should have a small nomination battle round. Some of us have not battled one another at all or in awhile. I have only battled Ishtar recently, but I have battled pool88888, Vocaloid, and KGT in the past.

Yes, this is for Pokemon. A lot of sites with a lot of Pokefans have their own official Gym Leagues set up. Bulbapedia, Serebii, Gaiaonline, etc. But since there's not a whole lot of battlers, we're only doing an Elite Four instead, and the first to beat them all becomes the Viz E4 Champion.

Make sure rules are set against hacked Pokemon like Wonder Guard Spiritomb and Rattata (Endeavor and Focus Sash).

The only E4 who didn't use all of their types were the Kanto group but...

Anyway, at least one Pokemon can be of another type. That's the limit all other sites give if they do it. But it can't be an Uber though, unless all four/five decide Ubers to be permitted.

It gives ya a chance to find a counter to those who are threats to your team since they might share the same weakness.

Oh and before anyone asks, yes you can use dual-types. Gives a wider range of what you can use.

Will people challenging be allowed to change teams? I ask because I think Bulbagarden requires everyone to register a team and doesn't allow Pokemon changes.

No, the entire type must change. So if you're Water Month1, then Month2 you can be anything but Water again.

Only E4 members have to use 1 type. Challengers can use whatever.

Raising new Pokemon every month is certainly something I don't have time for...

I personally think Ground type is more formidable.
Rhyperior, Swampert, Claydol, Torterra, Garchomp.

Grass:
Cradily, Torterra, Sceptile, Leafeon, Venusaur, Tangrowth.

I personally think Ground type is more formidable.

There's also abomasnow and ludicolo.

My favorite ground pokemon was always hippowdon/bastiodin.

Also, a Flying team has a lot f variety and its a very good choice. Dragonite, Gyarados, Skarmory, Staraptor, Aerodactyl, Togekiss, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Charizard, Scyther, Yanmega, Crobat, Xatu, Honchkrow, Ninjask....so many choices and so many types..damn xD

i think that the people challengeing the E4 should be only alowed to use only one uber pokemon. I just fought someone who used 3 ubers and took out all my team except one. and i was useing the team for the E4

Actually, on other sites, Ubers are banned to everyone. Though I was thinking that if the Champion keeps his or her position for a month then they can use one Uber, or one month a year anyone can use a single Uber.

Actually, even Pseudo-Legends are banned from being the non-elemental types for the Gym Leaders if I can remember correctly, though I dunno if it applied to the challengers as well.
