Like butterfly wings...
You flip to the dark side after showing your true colors.
You tend to fly away, leaving me wondering.
As you stop flying, my heart stops beating.
Reaching out my hand to move closer.
At the second I would touch you, you vanish again.

My little twinkle star, why do you go so far.
So far, far away from me.
Leaving me wondering, what it could be.
If you were here, if you stoke my hair.
If you fly too far, my heart doesn't feel like beating.

Tears for the moment I've seen you smile.
And yet more tears, for the times you're not around.
Longing for the feeling of a cry of happiness.
Everywhere I go I see butterflies.
Why did you have to be the one that stands out the most.
Just stroke my hair once more and fly away.
Leave me in misconception.
