I agree and disagree. I agree because a lot of people have been dying and I hold a grudge over her for jiriyas death. I disagree because she needs to stay hidden, the leaf can't afford to lose more hokages, that will make the village weak from to much leader change.

you have the wrong idea.my self have not seen so can't say who is the wrost hokage. because i have not seen the 1st 2nd and 4th so i can not say they are bad hokage[s ]are. the wrost hokage is the 3rd because i have seen him more.

3rd hokage- gave his life protecting the village

The Fifth Hokage is definately the worst. The First and Second Hokage's were cool, but they aren't as good as the Third in his prime. The Fourth Hokage is just the greatest.

Tsunade is a great Hokage but she is lazy and a drunk.

Though he's the not a Hokage I think that the 4th Kazekage was pretty lame. He's power driven, he put Shukaku in his own son, and couldn't even protect himself from Orochimaru. And he calls himself a Kazekage? hmpf!
