Naruto charges Rasenshuriken. Madara runs at Naruto. Naruto throws Rasenshuriken. Rasenshuriken goes through Madara, who becomes solid again and proceeds to attack Naruto. Naruto expands Rasenshuriken, which proceeds to destroy Madara on a moleculor level.

Madara has no knowledge of Rasenshuriken. Naruto has plenty on Madara's intangibility. Of course, with the Rinnegan he'd probably just use Shinra Tensei on it, but Naruto could always use the Shadow Shuriken technique, and the same thing would essentially happen.

Considering this, how likely is it that Naruto in Sage Mode would beat Madara?

His chances are next to none, but I definitely wouldn't mind seeing this happen.

If Madara wanted to kill him he'd just warp behind after it's thrown and warp him.

WELL, WHEN I ROD THE TOPIC , I WAS WILLING TO ARGUING THAT MADARA CAN USE Shinra Tensei (HYPE), BUT SINCE U ARE AGREEING THAT HE CAN USE IT , I THINK NARUTO HAS LOW MINIMUM CHANCES TO WIN .

edit : sorry for the caps

His intangibility lasts 10 minutes max. If he felt the the chakra hit him he could make himself intangible again, so really he'd only take minor damage. Of course, if they were at a great enough range - couldn't Madara suck FRS up with his Kamui like jutsu?

Yeah I believe Madara can suck that up like he did with Konan's explosions.

Having knowledge of Madara's warping, he'd probably sense Madara in time to escape.WELL, WHEN I ROD THE TOPIC , I WAS WILLING TO ARGUING THAT MADARA CAN USE Shinra Tensei (HYPE), BUT SINCE U ARE AGREEING THAT HE CAN USE IT , I THINK NARUTO HAS LOW MINIMUM CHANCES TO WIN .

edit : sorry for the caps Are you purposely ignoring the part where I say even when he can use Shinra Tensei he could still lose? His intangibility lasts 10 minutes max. If he felt the the chakra hit him he could make himself intangible again, so really he'd only take minor damage. Of course, if they were at a great enough range - couldn't Madara suck FRS up with his Kamui like jutsu?Five minutes. His intangibility lasts five minutes maximum. He needed Izanagi to go the extra five minutes.

First off, Rasenshuriken is fast. It's entirely possible that by the time he notices he's being hit he'll be cut in half. Second, I could argue that while Rasenshuriken is affected him he can't turn intangible. Naruto's team to find Sasuke during his battle with Itachi speculated that he "erased" part or all of his body to avoid damage. If that's true, then while part of Rasenshuriken affects him, if he turns intangible the effect will be transported with him, leading to great injury. It's been suggested he has regeneration, but it isn't instant.

And he could warp it, but that doesn't mean he will. He needs to be solid to warp something, and Madara is a cautious person, so he wouldn't take a risk absorbing it when turning intangible ensures no damage is done. The tactic Naruto would use in this fight is reliant on Madara's lack of knowledge on Rasenshuriken, he would believe he's safe and be caught off guard when it expanded.

There's also Chapter 432, Pages 5-7. Not only does Pain dodge, unaware of its ability to expand, but when it does it happens so fast that Human Path, the fastest Path of Pain, couldn't escape it. Now, it could be argued that he couldn't escape because he was throwing Animal, but it was also likely because he was caught off-guard. Madara isn't as fast as Human Path and would likely be just as unaware of Rasenshuriken as Pain was. It would essentially be like what Minato did to Madara in their own fight; Minato throws kunai and charges Rasengan, Madara goes intangible and dodges thinking no harm will come, and Minato teleports and attacks Madara right in the back with Rasengan. It'd be similar here. Naruto throws Rasenshuriken, Madara turns intangible and avoids it, Naruto expands it once it's behind Madara and does damage.

Blah.

One flaw: Zetsu records every fight. In which case, he was watching Pain vs. Naruto. Madara knows what Naruto's RasenShuriken is capable of.

In that case I'll close this thread since it's based around Madara not having knowledge of something he probably has knowledge of.
