They are both really powerful but I give the Rasen Shuriken the edge. Rasen Shuriken needs less prep time than Kirirn and it kills the target instanly. Plus wind beats lightning.

Assuming both jutsu have been properly prepared, Rasenshuriken can win. However, due to the area of effect Kirin holds, the only way Naruto could defeat Kirin with Rasenshuriken would be to hold it above his head and expand it as he normally would. Because of Rasenshuriken's wind nature and Kirin's lightning nature, Rasenshuriken should block Kirin and destroy its major effect.

I highly doubt Susanoo could block FRS. Any proof it was survived from? Also I think what he means by speed is that sage naruto would be fast enough to avoid kirin

Kakuzu survived it (Kakashi dealt the finishing blow), and Itachi's Susanoo probably could.

No Kirin is real lightning and Sage Naruto is nowhere near as fast enough to avoid it.

Rasenshuriken has the advantage, but if they clashed Rasenshuriken would only cut throught Kirin, and its effect would probably just be cut in half. Rasenshuriken could only win with certainty if we assume Naruto is using it in Sage Mode.

Frs is more powerful. The blow is just more concentrated. Thats why the area damage is smaller. Kakakuza surving it is a durability feat for him. Then there is the fact it was incomplete at the time. Yamato even said so. Susanoo of course can tank it. It tanked Kirin. The jutsu power is about the same. Frs wins due to it being based in wind.

Depends on a lot of things but element wise rasen shuriken will be stronger than kirin or at least cancel it out since wind beats lightning

Naruto's RasenShuriken most definitely. Kirin has a wide range, but I believe that RasenShuriken deals more damage.
