Why didn't Sakura kill Sauce-koon even though she had the chance?
And won't you get praised for killing a dangerous traitor? Damn so stupid all the glory you could get from killing a s-class missing nin
But instead she cried o_O why would a emotionless ninja cry? Kishimoto never seen a ninja before i think not
a ninja kills everyday and sakura can't even kill 1 guy when shes been given the chance to someone should fire her for not doing her job

She'd get shunned by Naruto, or at the very least he'd be holding a pretty strong grudge, possibly never forgiving her.
He's still a huge part of the plot and Kishi needs him to periodically fuel the story.
Naruto ninjas have never been based on actual ninjas, Kishi has in a sense recreated the word "ninja" to mean something completely different then the historical ones.
Sakura still has emos and can't killz him, if she did then there would also no longer be that convenient love triangle between her, naru, and the sauce.

I don't think she ever really had to accept the reality about Sasuke until Shikamaru confronted her. She loved Sasuke. Naruto went after Sasuke immediately when he left and he's been chasing Sasuke ever since. Both Naruto and Kakashi have acted like Team 7 would be back to the way it was; Kakashi himself admits to this fault. Tsunade, out of respect for Naruto and Sakura's feelings, didn't order Sasuke to be assassinated as a rogue ninja. Kakashi, Yamato, and Jiraiya have all trained Naruto to help him get Sasuke back. Sakura and Sasuke were friends before he left, and she's clung to the idea that things couldn't change so drastically between them because until recently, no one had ever made sure she was dealing with the fact Sasuke would probably end up killed, much less preparing her to kill him. Considering all this, it's actually surprising she even got close to killing him in the first place.
It's just as much the fault of the people around her, those who kept reassuring her and telling her Sasuke would be back. Not to mention, until Sasuke tried to capture Killerbee he never did anything to go against the Leaf Village or even the ninja world. In fact, Sasuke performed only service after service for the Leaf, defeating Orochimaru, Deidara, and Itachi (albeit not killing a single one, though fighting with such intent). Sakura had no reason to think of Sasuke as a major criminal; He wasn't. Sakura tried to, in a short amount of time, accept that Sasuke was a murderer, give up her feelings for him, and kill her himself. She betrayed Sai, Kiba, and Lee all for this reason. She tried to have feelings for Naruto, as he was the hero while Sasuke was just scum, but Naruto was right; Sakura was lying to herself. Hard as she tried, she couldn't remove her feelings for Sasuke, so when she tried to kill Sasuke, she found herself unable to.
Sakura stated in Part 1, in the very first arc, that despite the fact ninja were supposed to be emotionless, she cried when she thought Sasuke was dead. Sasuke sacrificed himself to save Naruto, and Naruto became enraged while Sakura cried over what she thought was his death. In a short time, Team 7 came to share a close bond. Yes, I know, overused plot of Naruto, but I think people are forgetting how neither Sasuke nor Naruto would be alive without the other being there. What Sakura had was a typical crush, but rather than get over it when Sasuke left, she held onto it. Naruto even supported that. When she attempted to kill Sasuke, it was hardly about the glory of killing an S-Class criminal; It was strictly personal. Sakura's not the type to kill, anyways. As far as I can recall, she never has.
I think people are too dismissive to write her off as a character who does nothing but cry. She's never lost anyone in her life; She's never experienced as much pain as Naruto or as much hatred as Sasuke. Sasuke's defection was effectively the first time she ever lost someone close to her, and the first time she'd ever had to experience emotional pain. Worse, Sakura was helpless to stop him. Sakura spent the entire duration of Part 1 being mostly useless to the team, having her own share of fights but none nearly as important as Sasuke and Naruto's average ones. Sakura never trained as hard as either of them, and she spent too much time focusing on her looks or whether Sasuke noticed her. For all her supposed intelligence, she was truly ignorant. As a Genin, she wouldn't have survived if she'd been on Shikamaru's five-man squad. She had no choice but to ask Naruto to bring Sasuke back.
It was because of Sakura's helplessness that she trained with Tsunade, one of the legendary Sannin, for almost 3 years, gaining incredible strength and medical prowess. While she may not have been better in combat than the average Chunin, her medical skills were nothing short of impressive when she cured Kankuro of Sasori's poison. Sakura trained because she wanted to help bring back Sasuke. She couldn't stand the feeling of being able to do nothing when Sasuke left, and she probably just didn't want Naruto to carry the burden of Sasuke alone. However, this is useless in preparing Sakura for her second most emotional moment; Finding out Sasuke is a criminal, and one who will be killed whenever the chance arises.
The reason she trained wasn't to kill Sasuke, but bring him back. She harbored her feelings for Sasuke, and no one ever confronted her about it. Kakashi reassured her, Naruto's determination encouraged her, and the rest of the village left matters into Team 7's hands, rather than taking them into their own. Sakura cared more for Sasuke than anyone, so for her to give up all that and kill Sasuke herself in what was no more than a couple days wasn't exactly easy.
I hope I sufficiently answered your question. These aren't long-held opinions either; I made them up entirely as I went along.
