No, it doesn't.

Black hole's gravitational pulls are only as strong as any other body of the same mass. Only the event horizon of one is inescapable. They don't suck everything in the galaxy inward like a vacuum, but if something is drawn into the event horizon, it can't escape. So Sonic keeping away from it in general gives him no better feat than running from any regular planet of the same size would, unless he outruns the even horizon, which it didn't appear he did in the video.
