Hulk easily takes this. He has easily defeated Thor in a lot of battles between them by throwing Thors on hammer at him him and knocking him out plus hulk is a tank that only get stronger the more angry and challenged he gets. Thor is powerful but he is no match for the Hulk.

Yes but his movement speed will be lowered. So? Just cause he can tank one doesn't mean he won't die or revert back to Banner.
